This role will be primarily focused on driving growth and building strategic partnerships in the New Zealand and Australian markets.
- Work closely with the Executive Board, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, and Product Development teams, including data science, software, and embedded systems engineering.
- Take full ownership of key strategic client accounts, creating and executing sales and customer success plans to ensure high satisfaction and strong results.
- Understand client needs and coordinate internal teams to deliver effective solutions and uncover new business opportunities.
- Increase the value delivered to client operations by aligning product features with their needs and encouraging usage and engagement.
- Plan and manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots, including building the business case (ROI).
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and close technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop and manage indirect sales channels.
- Identify and manage technology and sales partnerships.
- Ensure clients receive a high-value, differentiated product experience.
- MSc in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management and/or B2B Sales to large accounts.
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably with a Distribution System Operator (DSO), or with an OEM working with DSOs.
- Strong competence and experience in Project Management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a results-driven and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-solver with a deep interest in product technology and sustainability solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, and growing start-up environment.
- Proven track record of continuous learning and growth.
- Team player with a spirit of generosity and collaboration.
- Availability to travel abroad (punctually).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
